1. Identity of the Data Controller

HD Restaurant Enterprises Food Tourism Construction Trade and Industry Inc. ("Company") attaches great importance to providing our products and services in the best possible way. In this regard, we would like to inform you, as the data controller, about the personal data we obtain in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law").

2. Processing of Personal Data and Processing Purposes

Your personal data is processed by HD İskender with the aim of ensuring the best possible provision of products and services offered by the Company, although it may vary depending on the product, service, or commercial activity.

As HD İskender, your general or special qualified personal data, such as your identity and contact information, payment data, visual data, etc., may be processed for the following purposes:

Provision of our products and/or services at our branches or through delivery services, Managing the processes of order taking, cancellation, or fulfillment, Execution of payment transactions, Handling requests and complaints, Conducting activities to improve customer satisfaction, Obtaining and evaluating suggestions for the conduct of our business activities and the improvement of business processes, Ensuring information and data security and continuity of information systems, Carrying out necessary studies for the improvement of our products and services, reporting, analysis, internal control, audit, review, and investigation, Obtaining CCTV recordings for security purposes at our business premises (including branches), Fulfilling the requests of official institutions and organizations and implementing decisions conveyed to the Company, Carrying out financial and accounting affairs, Ensuring the conduct and development of the Company's activities, compliance with the policies and procedures of the group companies within the scope of the Company and the legislation.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

The collected personal data may be transferred to official institutions and organizations, information technology service providers, including security companies, companies with which cooperation is established, consultants, and group companies of the Company, to the extent required by the purposes set forth in the Article 2 of the Information Text, within the scope of the Law and related legislation.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data may be collected through automatic or non-automatic methods, directly or verbally in writing from you, through phone calls, e-mails, etc., within the scope of the purposes specified above, and limited to the purposes based on the legal reasons of the fulfillment of the contract, the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the data controller, and the legitimate interests of the data controller mentioned in the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Law.

5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

In accordance with the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, whether your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, to request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction processes to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against you as a result of analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems, and in such cases, to demand the compensation of the damage in case you incur a damage due to the illegal processing of your personal data.

or to the registered electronic mail (KEP) address of the Company (hdrestaurant@hs03.kep.tr); or

to the e-mail address of our Company with secure electronic or mobile signature (kvkk@hdholding.com), by providing your identity confirmation; or

by using other methods specified in the KVK Law and relevant legislation, by providing your identity confirmation.

The Company will conclude the requests in the scope of Article 13 of the Law and free of charge, within the legal period according to the nature of the request. If the transaction requires a separate cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
