Founded in Ankara and recognized as one of Türkiye’s most trusted and experienced restaurant operators, HD Holding has been offering its guests distinguished flavors from the cuisines it represents for more than 30 years. Having begun its journey with HD İskender, HD Holding expanded its portfolio by adding the Pidem and Makarnam brands and, as of 2025, is bringing KFC, the world’s largest fried chicken brand, back to Türkiye.
For years, HD Holding has been working to deliver a quality dining-out experience in the way it deserves to be enjoyed, while making it accessible to everyone. It offers its guests flavors from the cuisines it represents, prepared in line with global standards, at affordable prices, supported by modern service and teams that place guest satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. HD HOLDING
HD Holding was established in Ankara in 1995; As one of the leaders in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry, it grows year by year with its brands HD İskender, HD Döner, Pidem and Makarnam. With its mission of being a leading company with a Great Place to Work certificate, it safely serves 40 million guests every year in nearly 300 restaurants in 50 provinces with more than 3,000 employees in Turkey and Azerbaijan.
Our Quality and Food Safety Policy, which all HD Holding brands are committed to comply with;
- To produce safe food and to protect the health of our guests,
- To comply with the legal regulations, Food Safety Management Systems standards and Halal production obligations regarding our products and business,
- To produce products from healthy meats obtained from animals slaughtered in accordance with Islamic rules, under the supervision of Veterinarians and Food Engineers, in hygienic environments where Halal Food requirements and legal regulations are met,
- To prevent environmental pollution, reduce waste at the source, and promote recycling wherever possible,
- To organize training sessions for our personnel's continuous development and to increase awareness of Quality and Food Safety,
- To continuously improve and enhance our performance in line with the goals of our company,
